Installing a Multitech Gateway

In order to setup your Multitech Gateway with your Zenseio Device, follow these simple steps:
  1. Fill-out request form, so Zenseio Support can onboard your Gateway in our system.
  2. Insert the SIM card into the SIM slot under the round clear plastic window and power the gateway on (Refer to the Gateway's manual for more information) 
  3. Observe the status lights there to see if everything is working
  4. You can then check the status on the Zenseio Dashboard: LoRa Gateway Details - Dashboards 
The gateway’s MAC/EUI address is under NODE LORA. You can then search the last 6 letters (0223C5, in this case) in the MAC search box in the Gateway Details Dashboard.
