After using ZenTerm to obtain debug logs from my device, I see a [RADIO] PU or [RADIO] PON error. What does this mean?

PU and PON indicate an issue with your radio powering up, to troubleshoot the issue, please try the following:

1. Inspect the radio module for any signs of visible corrosion on the board and the connector.
2. Gently re-seat the device's radio module, in case the connector is not fully making contact, refer to the following guide: https://support.zenseio.com/portal/en/kb/articles/radio-reseat
3. If that doesn't work, you can try swapping the radio with another one from a working device. If the device works after swapping the radio, contact Zenseio support for more information.
