Setting Up a Meter Group Phytos 31 Leaf Wetness Sensor with Your Zenseio Device

To set up a Meter Group Phytos 31 Leaf Wetness Sensor with your Zenseio Device:

Note that this sensor model can only connect to GPI2 or GPI3
  1. In Zenseio mobile configuration app:
    1. Set VAUX voltage output to 5V.
    2. Select “Voltage” mode on the chosen GPI port (GPI2 or GPI3).
    3. Set settling time 100 ms
    4. For "Supply VAUX?", select "Yes"
  2. Wire connections:
    1. Connect Ground (Bare) to GND.
    2. Connect Power (Brown) to VAUX.
    3. Connect Analog Output (Orange) to the chosen GPI port (GPI2 or GPI3).
  3. Data interpretation/scaling:
The expected output range of this sensor is 300−1,250 mV, and it should show an output in this range when working correctly (The output figure will vary with wetness but still fall within this range).
