Setting Up a Meter Group Phytos 31 Leaf Wetness Sensor with Your Zenseio Device
To set up a Meter Group Phytos 31 Leaf Wetness Sensor with your Zenseio Device:
Note that this sensor model can only connect to GPI2 or GPI3
- In Zenseio mobile configuration app:
- Set VAUX voltage output to 5V.
- Select “Voltage” mode on the chosen GPI port (GPI2 or GPI3).
Set settling time 100 ms
- For "Supply VAUX?", select "Yes"
- Wire connections:
- Connect Ground (Bare) to GND.
- Connect Power (Brown) to VAUX.
- Connect Analog Output (Orange) to the chosen GPI port (GPI2 or GPI3).
- Data interpretation/scaling:
The expected output range of this sensor is 300−1,250 mV, and it should show an output in this range when working correctly (The output figure will vary with wetness but still fall within this range).
