I'm looking at all my devices in the All Device Status (LTE & LoRa) dashboard and can't view my data from years ago. Why is this?

When using the "All Device Status (LTE & LoRa)", data above a certain time threshold will not display, since the displayed time range is very limited (due to inefficiency of looking up massive amounts of data for all devices). If you're looking for data from a distant time range, it's best to investigate devices individually with the "Device Details" dashboard.
