My device stopped reporting probe data. There are no apparent issues with cable/connections, how can I troubleshoot?

In the event that your device is not able to read an SDI-12 probe, it could be a problem with a probe or probe's cable, but it is worth checking initially to make sure the SDI-12/RS-485 switch is in the correct position. Please ensure SDI-12/RS485 switch tab is in the "S" position for an SDI-12 probe, or the "R" position for any RS-485 Modbus based sensor.
