I have my device set to read sensor data twice before transmitting. Should I receive one transmission or two?
Though CSMP devices can collect and store data multiple times before uploading to Zenseio's servers, each transmission is still sent in separate packages. This means that after collecting data multiple times during the given time interval, your device will send each reading in quick succession once it reaches its chosen upload time.
This will be reflected in the raw data from the transmission:
uploadDatetime refers to when data was transmitted
datetime is when data was collected and stored.
For example, if your device is set to collect samples every 15 minutes and transmit every 30 minutes, the data is transmitted in two packages a few seconds apart because they are sent in sequence.
This only applies to CSMP devices and LoRa devices in the persistent mode.

Dashboard User Guide in the Zenseio Knowledge Base.
