How to capture configuration from device?

When asked by Zenseio tech support, please follow the steps in this video on how to capture the configuration from the device. It will allow us to better troubleshoot any issues related to misconfiguration.

1. Attach Micro USB to device and plug into computer via any USB port
Do Not turn on your device at this point
2. Launch Device Manager in Microsoft Windows
3. In the Device Manager, select Ports, and check the port labeled Silicon Labs CP10x to UART Bridge to see which COM port your device is on (ex. COM3)
4. Open Tera Term, select Serial, and select the Silicon Labs Port
5. Under the Setup dropdown menu, select serial port and set the speed to 115200 (make sure your com port is still the same)
6. Click New Setting
7. Turn on your device
8.  Wait for the device to boot up (this may take a few minutes)
9. After your config is fully generated, click and drag to select all of the text displayed in the Tera Term window (crt + a will automatically do this) and paste it into your support message
10. You can now safely turn off your device
