How to capture configuration and debug log from device?
When asked by Zenseio tech support, please follow the steps in this video on how to capture the configuration and diagnostics log from the device. It will allow us to better troubleshoot any issues related to misconfiguration.
1. Attach Micro USB to device and plug into computer via any USB port
Do Not turn on your device at this point
2. Open
ZenTerm in a web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox supported on Windows or Mac)
Before capturing your configuration, you can click "Clear Log" in order to remove any previously captured logs from ZenTerm
3. Click "Connect" button, and select CP2102N or USB<->Serial (or similar) port
4. Turn on your device
5. Wait for the device to boot up (this may take a few minutes)
6. After the device stops blinking LEDs and printing to the screen (this may take a couple of minutes), click "Copy Log" and paste it into the email message to Zenseio support
7. You can now safely turn off your device
In case you don't see any Serial ports being listed in step 3, check that your PC has the latest USB drivers installed:
