My battery data is not displaying or has a low voltage. Why is this, and is it affecting my data?

This is the dashboard working as intended, it only pulls the data that is available in the selected time period.
When you see no battery voltage on the voltage gauge, it is likely that your selected time range is smaller than your selected heartbeat period, and because of this, you will not see battery datapoints. To see battery values, widen your time range to contain at least one heartbeat (this is often every few hours).

In the top right corner of the dashboard, you can select or search for a particular

This should not affect how your device performs, unless the device remains in extreme low temperature conditions for an extended period of time

To learn more about your battery, how its voltage is displayed, or how to use the interface on your Zenseio Dashboards, see the Dashboard User Guide
