I selected a longer date range on the All Devices Dashboard but I can only see data from the last five days, why is this?
The All Devices Dashboard must pull data from a large number of devices, and therefore puts a significant load on the server, especially if using an extended date range. Because of this, Zenseio places a limit on the maximum time range you are able to select, which is displayed on the dashboard.
However, you can select any applicable date range for an individual device using the Device Details Dashboard, by searching for it using its Device ID.
